In a mediator role, a neutral third party facilitates communication between individuals who believe they may benefit from discussing their family law matters with the assistance of a third party without jumping into the litigation process.  Although I am an attorney by training and practice, as a mediator, I am not representing either of you.  Whether you would like to discuss a parenting schedule, division of assets or an appropriate support amount, my role in the mediation process is to assist you by facilitating an open dialogue to achieve that goal.

A consultation is available to you to discuss your needs and help you determine if mediation is a viable alternative to meet you and your spouse and/or co-parent’s needs.
